Acceptance of these terms
By creating an account or using the Caged Ape Fight Club platform, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and the Fight-Camp Nutrition Guide disclaimer. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
Eligibility & combat-sports risk
You must be of the age of majority in your province (or have verified guardian consent) to register. Combat sports and fight-camp training carry an inherent risk of serious injury. You confirm that you are medically fit to train and compete and that you accept these risks voluntarily.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time.
Acceptable use
Use the platform lawfully and respectfully. Do not misuse fighter, coach, or member data, attempt to bypass access controls, or disrupt the service.
Payments, camps & tickets
Camp deposits, memberships, tickets, and bookings are processed securely via Stripe. Refund and cancellation terms are shown at the point of purchase; some payments are non-refundable as stated there.
Cred
Cred is a non-monetary engagement reward. Lifetime and Season Cred are non-redeemable. Play Cred exists only inside Play Pools, cannot be purchased, and has no cash or prize value. Cred is never exchangeable for money.
Assumption of risk & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CAFC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including Quebec consumer-protection law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
Caged Ape Arena (Play Cred games)
The Arena lets members create and join Play Cred games — challenges, pools, calls and callouts — played for bragging rights. Play Cred is play money: it cannot be bought, cannot be cashed out, and cannot be exchanged for anything of value, and selling or trading Play Cred or Arena outcomes for money or anything of value is prohibited. Participation is governed by the Arena House Rules, which you accept in the app before you first play and which form part of these terms.
